Awning Terms:
A. Drop:
is the measurement of how far the awning is going to come down. The measurement is taken from top corner to bottom corner.
B. Projection:
is the horizontal measurement from wall to front of awning.
C. Width:
the measurement of how wide the awning is.
D. Valance:
can either be a loose valance for a scalloped or straight hem. Or you can have a ridged valance that has no movement (see Valance Scallops Style).
